First, let me introduce myself. I'm Cristina, a doctor and certified eating disorder specialist who knows how to help people get better. In fact, I help women go through the road to recovery every day.

But more than that, I personally understand what it's like to struggle with food, body image and weight, as I've been there myself. And I can tell you first-hand that it is possible to move beyond this and live a life free from the pain and suffering you might be experiencing. You deserve a balanced life, free from these struggles.

But how? The truth is, this isn't a path you can walk on your own.
