Through deep study of personal development, leadership, holistic health, nutrition, Ayurveda, yoga, meditation, and breath work, Kerry created her powerful Sacred Self System, which helped her go from rock bottom to rock solid. She now is living a life that she never thought could be possible for her. Her unique process includes mindset mastery, emotional intelligence, self-love, and believing that with the proper mentorship, community, and strategies… anything is possible. She is a walking example that you are One Thought Away from having the life you want… and is excited to support you in locking in the same understanding for your own life. Defining moments

A defining moment is, I would say, a moment in time when you have a strong realization that how you have been showing up or who you’ve been showing up as, or the actions that you’ve been taking or the choices that you’ve been making, are leading to results that you really don’t want. (Kerry Tepedino)
Once you have a defining moment of clarity, the ways in which you have been seeing and making sense of life get flipped upside down and you understand perhaps how you have actually been hindering and blocking yourself from pursuing the life that you want. These moments can be brutal to accept but they are powerful and incredibly freeing because they show you that even though you may have been stopping yourself, you now know that you have had the power all along. You can make a significant change in your life for the better. Everything you want in life can be achieved, it just starts with a decision and a belief in yourself to try.
I said to myself on that bathroom floor; “You have one of two choices Kerry. You either keep doing what you’re doing and this isn’t going to end well, or you pick yourself up and you figure this out and you heal”. (Kerry Tepedino)
In her life, Kerry then made huge shifts in her own life and completely turned it around. When she got herself to the other side of the difficulty, she felt a strong desire to help people who were also going through what she did.

One thought away from change

Kerry wants women to ask themselves:
  • Who do I want to be?
  • What do I want my life to look like?
You’re one thought away from changing your life today, or not. You’re one thought away from changing that inner toxic conversation with yourself today, or not. (Kerry Tepedino)
Through the mastery course, Kerry teaches women to:
  • Change their inner narrative and negative or toxic conversation to something more positive and constructive
  • Achieve emotional mastery by understanding how to self-regulate and not be reactive to life
  • Improve their relationships with themselves to make sure that they are living in alignment with their body and mental state instead of mindlessly living day-to-day
  • Becoming and staying present with themselves to not eat, shop, or scroll mindlessly and to be intentional with their choices and not escape reality
  • Overcome stigma in mental health, and teach women that they can be the heroes in their stories

I am a licensed Psychologist and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist. While I may have over 20 years of clinical experience, what I also have is the experience of having been a patient who had an eating disorder as well. One thing that I never had during all of my treatment was someone who could look me in the eye and honestly say to me "Hey, I've been there. I understand". Going through treatment for an eating disorder is one of the hardest and scariest things to do. I remember being asked to do things that scared me. Things I now know ultimately helped me to get better. But, at the time, I had serious doubts and fears about it. If even one of my providers had been able to tell me "I know it's scary, but I had to go through that part too. Here's what will probably happen...." then perhaps I would not have gone in and out of treatment so many times. My own experience ultimately led me to specialize in treating eating disorders. I wanted to be the therapist I never had; the one who "got it". I will be giving you my perspective and information as an expert and clinician who has been treating patients for over 2 decades. But don't just take my word for it...keep listening to hear the truly informative insights and knowledge guest experts have to share. I am so happy you are here!
